Venue

Your ceremony takes place at a hinterland property in Byron Bay. Set across long, lush lawns, the grounds feel expansive yet intimate.

Legals & Ceremony

A registered celebrant and full coordination are included to make your marriage official and effortless. Your 1.5-hour private ceremony is hosted by our team, complete with music, seating, and all required legal documentation

Styling & Florals

Each wedding is brought to life through editorial-quality styling and florals, created by leading local creatives. Your bouquet will be your own to keep and designed unique to you

Hair & Makeup

On the day, our professional glam team provides hair and makeup services, ensuring you look and feel your best.

Food & Alcohol

There will be cocktail on arrival and champagne toasts at the ceremony. Following the ceremony, you and your guests enjoy a dining experience at one of Byron's amazing restaurants. Each menu is curated with seasonal produced and is served with a drinks package that will keep you and your guest full and merry.

Editorial Photography & Video Content

Every ceremony includes professional editorial photography, capturing your most important moments in timeless, magazine-quality imagery. In addition, our team provides video phone content coverage for your entire experience, from pre-ceremony preparation to post-ceremony celebrations. Delivering social-ready clips within 48 hours for you to relive and share instantly.

Invitation & Guest Management

Your Save the Date and digital invitations are designed and managed by our team to match your chosen style. We manage all RSVPs, dietary preferences, and logistics on your behalf. Clear communication and detailed coordination ensure that every guest has a smooth, memorable experience from start to finish.

Transportation

We provide transfers from a central meeting point to the ceremony venue, then on to the reception, ensuring a seamless flow and stress-free experience for everyone.

Reception

A dining reception at a beautiful Byron Bay restaurant, where food, styling and drinks are continued. A dining reception can also be done at the same venue as the ceremony for the last ceremony slot.

All planning, logistics and co-ordination for the day.

A complete 25 guest wedding in Byron Bay with everything already organised for you.  From the venue, celebrant and styling, to the food, drinks, transport and guest management. You simply choose your preferred wedding style, confirm your guest list, and arrive on the day.

CEREMONY ADD-ONS

You can invite extra guests (up to 40), add additional bouquets, book extra hair and makeup, include cinematic videography coverage, beautifully printed invitations or add a beautifully designed wedding cake.

PERSONAL TOUCHES

While everything is beautifully handled for you, there are a few meaningful details that are entirely your own. You’ll choose and liaise on your personal bouquet, select the music you walk down the aisle to, and shape the vows or ceremonial words that reflect your story. You can also work directly with hair and makeup on your desired look, and personalise the wording on your invitations

What’s included in the $20k?

Everything you need for a beautiful wedding, except your dress. The package includes venue hire, celebrant and legal paperwork, styling and florals, bouquet, hair and makeup, transportation, cocktails, Champagne and reception drinks, food, photography, content creation and full planning and coordination. Optional extras are available at set fees: additional guests, DJs or exclusive venue areas.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking 6–12 months in advance to secure your preferred date and to allow time for personalised details. But, we are open to make bookings up to 1 month prior to the event.

Can we customise elements?

Yes. After booking we curate your reception, bouquet, celebrant, hair and makeup to align with your style. Upgrades and variations are available for an additional cost.

How many guests can we invite?

The base package covers 25 guests, with an option to extend to 40 for a set fee. For larger numbers we can provide a bespoke quote.

What happens if it rains?

The venue includes a wet‑weather option that preserves the atmosphere while keeping you sheltered. We plan this backup in advance so there are no surprises.
